LOUIS feketeribizli bor: Izgalmas, zamatos, fiatalos és egyben testes vörösbor. Tökéletesen hordozza magában a Titánia karakterességét és gyümölcsösségét. Alapanyaga a 20 éves ültetvényünkről származó, kiemelkedően magas cukorfokkal termett, 2018-as feketeribizli. Helyi kádárral készíttetett, hagyományos mátrai tölgyfahordóban érleltük két éven át. Ebből adódóan a lekerekedett, lágyabb és krémesebb sav, kifogástalan harmóniát alkot a maradék cukorral. Enyhén kompótos illat-, és ízvilága tökéletesen kiegészíti a hordó kölcsönözte vaníliás zamatot.
Feketeribizli szörp: Saját termesztésű ribizlinkből készült a ribizlivelő (mely a héj és mag nélküli gyümölcshúst jelenti), ehhez adtunk cukrot és minimális mennyiségű ivóvizet.
Pasztőröztük, palackoztuk és kézzel címkéztük. Az ajánlott hígítási arány 1:6, de mindenképpen érdemes hígítás nélkül is megkóstolni, fantasztikus ízélményt nyújt.
